Local Drop-Off (Melbourne)

  • If you are located in Melbourne, you may select Local Drop-Off at checkout.

  • This option is free of charge and requires you to arrange drop-off and pick-up directly with us.

  • Please ensure you select the correct method at checkout — orders placed incorrectly will be cancelled and refunded.

Ship-In (Australia-Wide)

  • If you are outside Melbourne and wish to ship your head in for stringing, please select the Ship-In option at checkout.

  • Standard shipping includes the return shipping fee, which covers sending your completed head back to you.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging their head when sending it in to us.

Gear Drop Orders

  • Standard shipping rates apply to most gear drop items.

  • For oversized or heavier items, we may contact you directly if additional shipping costs apply.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving your head or after a gear drop purchase.

  • For ship-in services, the processing time begins once we receive your head.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., gear drops), processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll notify you if delays occur.

Important Notes

  • No International Delivery: At this time, Shark Strings only ships within Australia.

  • Customers must select the correct shipping option (Local Drop-Off or Ship-In) at checkout. Orders placed with the wrong method will be cancelled.

  • We aim to make this process smoother in the future by expanding hubs and athlete connections across states.
