At Shark Strings, every head is strung to order and fully customised to your preferences. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer returns or full refunds.

Local Customers (Melbourne):
If you are based in Melbourne, we will adjust your head free of charge after service has been completed. -
Customers Outside Melbourne:
Adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

We take pride in delivering professional-level stringing and service. While we do not process returns or refunds, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your setup.
As Shark Strings grows, we will expand through athlete partnerships and state-based hubs to make adjustments more accessible for players across Australia.
Exceptions
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
